Meet Stefanie

Back in 2016, digital marketing expert Stefanie Beach was looking for a change.

After 12 years in digital media working with major brands, Stefanie Beach encountered a common industry challenge: balancing career momentum with family life. Seeking a better work-life balance, she transformed this personal dilemma into an innovative business solution, founding SMB Media Consulting in 2018. What began as a personal quest quickly evolved into a thriving company offering on-demand media solutions to emerging businesses, brands, and agencies. This unique model addresses the industry’s pressing need for flexible digital marketing support amidst the ever-changing digital landscape and performance pressures.

Leveraging her extensive experience, Stefanie attracted seasoned professionals who shared her vision, building a team that seamlessly integrates with clients’ existing structures.

SMB Media Consulting’s success is evident in its impressive client roster, including IBM Watson, Apple, The Home Depot, and Foreign Affairs, as well as its rapid growth (ranking 377 on the 2023 Inc. 5000 list). Stefanie’s achievements have also earned her numerous accolades, including the 2024 Enterprising Women of the Year Award – all while achieving her initial goal of greater presence with her daughter. 

Nicole Walker

Programmatic Consultant & Client Services Lead

Nicole is an experienced digital marketer, having been in digital media for over 19 years and becoming IAB Digital Ad Operations-certified in 2015. Nicole has worked with a wide variety of advertisers, agencies, and partners both domestically and internationally, from Fortune 500 companies to small startups, assisting with campaign management and project management. Her long history in the field has given her a wide variety of experience: programmatic, direct, managing client relationships, reporting, and operations. Prior to joining SMB in 2019, Nicole worked for 12 years on the publisher side at AOL/Oath/Verizon Media managing and implementing direct and programmatic campaigns as well as project managing advertising operations key initiatives, and providing technical training and documentation.

Allison Walker

Social Media Lead

Allison is an experienced Marketing Manager. Over the past 15 years, she has handled social media profiles and online advertising for numerous companies, both large and small, across the United States. In college, she majored in Advertising, with a minor in Business Management. Before discovering her love of digital advertising, she spent time as a sales representative for a printing and promotions company, handled traditional marketing campaigns, and was a project manager for a smaller advertising agency. She prides herself on having good communication skills, being highly organized, and thinking outside the box – all of which help her client projects run smoothly. She tends to be a bit of a workaholic, but in her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her niece and nephew, fostering kittens for a no-kill animal rescue, and crafting.

Dominik Dietz

Search & SEO Lead

Dominik is a seasoned digital marketer with over 12 years of experience in paid search, email, and SEO. He is very experienced in developing, implementing, and executing strategic campaign plans, managing client relationships, and leading reporting and data analysis. He has worked on both the client and agency sides, from SMBs to large multinational corporations. His depth and breadth of experience have allowed him to become very adaptable to the needs of clients and agencies.

Eddie Wilders

Digital Media Consultant

Back in the early 2000’s, Eddie started working as a TV advertising buyer for brands like Fox and Domino’s Pizza. Because he couldn’t get free samples, he quickly transitioned to the world of direct response and was given the responsibility to know everything about content and how it would work for clients. To this day, he still watches a lot of TV (both linear and streaming) while continuing to inform clients of what audiences are consuming on a daily basis. When he isn’t watching, writing or thinking content, Eddie spends time in Pleasantville working with the school district producing the elementary and middle school plays and musicals.

George Stefanuca

Technical Ad Operations Lead

George Stefanuca is an experienced ad technology professional with over 10 years in management and monetization. His expertise spans both supply and demand sides, giving him a comprehensive industry understanding. George has worked internationally across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia, gaining insights into various markets. His diverse experience highlights his capability to navigate ad tech complexities and forge successful industry partnerships.

A New York native, Stephanie balances her career with family life, sharing her home with her husband and three energetic sons who ensure there’s never a dull moment.

Jennifer Stein

VP Sales & Business Development

Jennifer Stein is a dynamic, results focused leader with 23+ years of digital sales and marketing experience.  Jennifer has a proven track record of forging high-value partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and increasing company profitability. 

Jennifer has worked closely with top tier agencies such as Group M, Mindshare, OMG, Hearts and Science, Havas…collaborating with global brands like PepsiCo, Walmart, MTV, Wells Fargo, Hasbro, Dunkin… She has a deep understanding of the digital landscape and advertising technology. Known for her consultative sales approach, she excels at navigating competitive landscapes, leveraging data insights, and driving long term business growth.  

Throughout her career, she has hired, trained and mentored sales, marketing, and operations staff at all levels. A true leader by example, Jennifer always goes above and beyond for her team, clients and partners. She is a passionate and perceptive storyteller, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts into clear, concise, engaging messages. Jennifer is committed to helping organizations scale and thrive in an ever evolving digital marketplace. 

As the VP of Sales and Business Development, Jennifer leads by identifying emerging trends, building strong client partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and market expansion.
