Stefanie Beach

Founder and CEO

Stefanie Beach, a digital marketing expert, founded SMB Media Consulting in 2018 with the mission to provide simple media solutions and services that alleviate the stressors of a marketer’s job. After a 12-year digital media career managing programmatic account teams, Stefanie desired to work outside the confined structure of a standard 9-5 job to be a more present parent to her daughter. Unable to source this opportunity led to the creation of SMB Media Consulting, which provides flexible employment to experienced digital marketers and digital media talent solutions that seamlessly integrate within brands, agencies, and publishers. As an award-winning founder and CEO of SMB Media Consulting, Stefanie focuses on building strong client partnerships and managing all business operations. In 2022, Stevie® Awards for Women in Business named Stefanie Beach winner of the Bronze Female Executive of the Year in the Business Services category, the Village of Pelham named SMB Media Consulting “Best of” in the category of Media Consultant, and SMB Media was WBENC certified as a woman-owned business. In 2023, SMB Media ranked 377 on the Inc. 5000 award list for the fastest-growing private companies in America. In 2024, Stefanie won an Enterprising Women of the Year Award for her company’s growth, involvement in the community and volunteering time as an industry mentor. 

Before SMB Media Consulting, Stefanie held leadership positions at PubMatic, MediaMath, Conversant, House of Kaizen, and Initiative. Stefanie regularly speaks at events and continues to train and mentor others about the evolving ad tech industry. Outside of SMB Media Consulting, the best part of her day is when she is making memories with her daughter and husband, whether that be traveling, being active, or exploring new recipes to cook.

Nicole Walker

Programmatic Consultant & Client Services Lead

Nicole is an experienced and IAB Digital Ad Operations-certified digital marketer, having been in digital media for over 16 years. Nicole has worked with a wide variety of advertisers, agencies, and partners both domestically and internationally, from Fortune 500 companies to small startups, assisting with campaign management and project management. Her long history in the field has given her a wide variety of experience: programmatic, direct, managing client relationships, reporting, and operations. Prior to joining SMB in 2019, Nicole worked for 12 years on the publisher side at AOL/Oath/Verizon Media managing and implementing direct and programmatic campaigns as well as project managing advertising operations key initiatives, and providing technical training and documentation.

Allison Walker

Social Media Lead

Allison Walker is an experienced Marketing Manager. Over the past 10 years, she’s handled social media profiles and online advertising for numerous companies, both big and small, all across the United States. In college, she majored in Advertising, with a minor in Business Management. Before discovering her love of digital advertising, she spent time as a sales rep for a printing and promotions company, handled traditional marketing campaigns, and was a project manager for a smaller advertising agency. Allison prides herself on having good communication skills, being highly organized, and thinking outside the box, all of which help her client projects run smoothly. Allison enjoys traveling, spending time with her niece and nephew, fostering kittens for a no-kill animal rescue, and crafting.

Dominik Dietz

Search & SEO Lead

Dominik is a seasoned digital marketer with
over eight years of experience in paid search,
email, and SEO. He is very experienced in
developing, implementing, and executing
strategic campaign plans, managing client
relationships, and leading reporting and data
analysis. He has worked on both the client
and agency sides, from SMBs to large
multinational corporations. His depth and
breadth of experience have allowed him to
become very adaptable to the needs of
clients and agencies.

Eddie Wilders

Digital Media Consultant
Born and raised in Brooklyn, Eddie likes to say that he planted roots in Westchester County because he lost his Brooklyn accent, which honed his ability to explain data and analytics to clients. With his love of numbers and building audiences, the digital world has become like a second home for Eddie over the last 10+ years after his experience in traditional broadcast. As a digital consultant, he works mostly on digital and programmatic media channels. He hopes to steer his kids into a career path other than advertising so they have other industries to talk about during the holidays.

Amber Usmani

Programmatic Consultant

Amber comes with over 10 years of experience specializing in direct display and self-serve programmatic, focusing on both brand and performance campaigns. She’s worked for one of the largest independent digital agencies in the US on brands across various verticals such as retail, e-comm, B2B, automotive, beauty, home services, and even pharmacy. Her programmatic experience across DSPs like DV360, The Trade Desk, Verizon DSP, and Google Ads brings a performance-first approach. Most recently, Amber led the client services and ad operations team at a cannabis marketing start-up where she supported leadership in meeting client growth goals.

Sharon Salvatore

Programmatic Consultant
Sharon has been in the digital space for 18 years. Prior to joining SMB Media Consulting, Sharon spent the last 12 years at Yahoo!/ Oath/Verizon Media. Across several roles, she launched Yahoo’s display business onto the Right Media Exchange, managed relationships with broadband partners, provided a complete co-branded portal across a suite of products and services, and analyzed search optimizations. Sharon lives in Atlanta, GA, and has three children. She is involved in her community as a wish-granting volunteer with Make-A-Wish.

Stephanie Bariatti

Marketing, Content & Public Relations Lead

Stephanie Bariatti works as a Digital
Marketing Manager for SMB Media
Consulting. She has had extensive experience
with many facets of advertising and media,
having worked for and with creative agencies,
production companies, and research
departments. She lives in New York with her
wonderful husband, three lovable little boys,
and one snuggly Golden Retriever.

Diane Osgerchian

Business Development Consultant
Diane Osgerchian is a digital media advertising sales professional from New York City with an extensive list of relationships at major ad agencies, national publishers, and high-profile brands. She currently serves as Director of Business Development at SMB Media Consulting. Selling is in her blood, and she’s held a variety of digital sales positions at DoubleClick (acquired by Google), USNews.com, Time Inc./CNN.com/business, Investopedia, and InvestingChannel, to name a few. She is very customer-centric and received a National Sales Award for Outstanding Customer Service at DoubleClick. Diane holds a BBA in Marketing and Advertising from Iona University.
